Our Soviet summer

As anyone who knows me will be aware – because I often mention it! – in 1987 our family spent 5 months in the Soviet Union. My husband Robert, who worked for the British Council, was sent to the British Embassy in Moscow on a temporary assignment to fill the Cultural Attache post. Thomas and Bryony were aged 6 and 3 when we arrived. I hope they have happy memories of the experience. I certainly do.
I finally got round to scanning a lot of the prints I had from that time, and have made a photobook, which you can see by clicking here.

You visited in Helsinki,too. Did Bryony and Thomas like the seals, which were throwing up? My children loved them.
